Matthew Bartlett (author of The Gettysburg Chronicle) and Jenn Bartlett will present For the Sake of the Country: Female Spies During the Civil War at Bristol Public Library, 5 High Street, Bristol, CT, on Saturday, March 14 at 2:00 PM. The program tells the stories of 4 women spies (2 Union and 2 Confederate) who risked all for the sake of their country.
