Owner/Operator Benjamin Mathews is a longtime Hartford resident raised in Hartford’s North End. Educated at the historic Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Throughout the years, his love for sourcing, preparing, and providing quality food has grown into a dream realized in creating Let Me See Your Grill Food Truck and Catering. His culinary acumen originates from his travels, exposure to diverse cultures and the culinary nuances, multi-ethnic family influences, relationships with various residents of the city, and the appreciation of rich multicultural food and quality products experienced along the way. This love has truly shaped his flavorful and bold style of cooking.
