Meeting Room Calendar

To reserve a meeting room:

  1. Read the Room Use Basics & the Meeting Room Policy.
  2. View the Meeting Room Availability Calendar to see if a room is available on the day/time of your event.
  3. Fill in and submit your online Room Use Request.

View the Meeting Room Availability Calendar (opens in a new tab) to see if a meeting room is available on the day/time of your event.  Blacked out times are not available.
