Loan Period
All items circulate for 21 days except:

• New Books (14 days)
• Entertainment DVDs & Videos (7 days)
• Children’s Videos (7 days)
• Non-Fiction DVDs & Videos (14 days)
• Museum Passes* (2 days)

*Must be borrowed on an adult Bristol card (cardholder must be at least 18)

Renewing Items
All items can be renewed 2 times except:

Only 1 renewal is allowed on:

• Videos
• DVDs
• Inter-Library Loans (Note: Some may not be renewed)

No renewal is allowed on:

• Museum Passes
• Items that have holds placed on them

Note: Borrowers may not renew if they have a fine of $10 or more.

Borrowing Limits
There are no borrowing limits except:

• DVDs, 6 per card
• Museum passes, 2 per family, per month

Fines
All adult fines are $0.10 per day except:

• $1.00 per day: Videos and DVDs
• $5.00 per day: Museum passes
