The F. N. Manross Memorial Library is the Forestville branch of the Bristol Public Library.
The Manross Library offers materials, programs & resources to users in Forestville and the Greater Bristol area. Manross Library has also become a hub for the homeschooling community in the region.
Author and historian Marty Podskoch, author of Connecticut Civilian Conservation Corps Camps: History, Memories, and Legacy of the CCC, will give a Powerpoint presentation on the 90th Anniversary of the Civilian Conservation Corps and its work in Connecticut. Marty Podskoch is a retired teacher and the author of 11 books, including The Connecticut 169 Club, and writes a weekly column called “Adirondack Stories,” in five Adirondack newspapers. Followed by Book Signing.
