All ages are welcome to come and meet Craig and Fred and hear their story! Special Guests American Legion Post 209 in Forestville share their stories as well! No charge. Registration not required. At 4:00 pm, meet author, Craig Grossi and his dog, Fred, who found each other in Afghanistan while Sergeant Grossi was on patrol doing intelligence work for Marine RECON, the most elite fighters in the Corps. Craig & Fred: A Marine, A Stray Dog, and How They Rescued Each Other tells the story of their beautiful, life-changing friendship. Q&A and a book signing will follow. All ages welcome. Free.
