LibCal, the new online system for requesting community meeting rooms at BPL is now live. It is once again possible to view and request available meeting rooms on the BPL website. LibCal will generate acknowledgement emails automatically for each request received. After a request has been reviewed by the library a “Confirmed” or “Not Confirmed” email will also be sent which will include any relevant details about the request.
The new system should significantly shorten our patrons’ waiting time in receiving their room confirmations and will allow users to view and book all available dates and times between two weeks and 5 months in advance–The time span for requesting meeting rooms according the Library Board Policy.
