Join us for a free introduction to Nia presented by Elizabeth Simpson of the Yoga Center of Collinsville on Saturday, March 17 at 10. Nia is an expressive movement of mind, body, and spirit blending dance, martial, and healing arts.

A Canton native, Elizabeth Simpson has been practicing the Nia dance technique for four years. She completed the Green Belt level of training with Nia co-founder, Carlos AyaRosas. Elizabeth’s classes are dedicated to supporting movement your body’s way and experiencing the “Joy of Movement”.
