Qigong helps to maintain overall health and wellness by integrating physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused attention. The gentle and rhythmic movements of Qigong can reduce stress, build stamina, and increase vitality. Join us for an easy and relaxing way to better health! Participants should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers and bring a towel or yoga mat.

This free introductory class is led by Chung Yueh-Ching of Heights of Wellness, Hartford and will be preceded by a brief talk on the history and the different branches of Qigong.
